About Ray

I've done quite a lot in my life, traveling to 32 countries, living on 3 different continents, speaking 3 languages, and meeting everyone from the rich and powerful to the poor and powerless. I served in the Peace Corps, spoke around the world on leadership, worked in non-profit and for profit organizations including a company that is almost 100 years old and a startup barely 5, and pastored a wonderful group of kids. My life has been peppered with randomness, yet tied with a consistent thread that holds it all together.

I was born into a Christian home and learned about God all my life. I've done well following Him most of my life, living a moral life for the most part, but until I tasted the goodness of God, my faith was powered by my own will.

Once I emotionally, volitionally, and mentally experienced the presence of God, one thing I can say with certainty is this: there is no pursuit, or gift, that can even be mentioned in the same universe as the gift of knowing Christ as my savior. This, I hope to share with the world.
